I am trying to install a webcam at the studio for the next workshop in June. If that doesn't work for some reason, I'll post daily (pix and some videos), promise.

22 mics on a drum kit is pretty slutty. Here are a few shots from Monday's drum session. I wish I took more of the room but my batt. was dieing. The music this band plays changes styles a lot so we wanted to have 5 majorly different drum sounds avaliable at mixdown. I think it's going to work great.

Down in the green room at BB Kings Blues Bar here in Nashville for a live recording gig I did. It's all rental gear... but it sure was fun!!! I think we tracked 48 tracks..... Right into the Nuendo rig with no backup of course.... no problems at all as usual... other than not having enough pads to put in front of the API's and having to re-think the track list at the last minute because of that problem...

This might or might not be considered high end, but it certainly is rather serious DIY... and it's pretty slutty if I do say so myself.

Not nearly as slutty as most of the above, but I like it for my home/project room - My buss/channel insert rack:

Not quite sure why some people around here hate it. I think it's a pretty nice board myself, but I just use the Big for monitoring PT. I mix ITB. My studio partner's the one using it, and he's gotten some great sounding recordings in the process. Keep in mind that when people dfegad on a piece of gear around here, 99.9% of the time they've never used it.
