NS-10s

I'd like to find a perfectly working pair of NS-10s. For those of you who are familiar with 'em, I have a few questions:

1. Know of any reputable dealers who carry 'em? I'd rather buy from a reputable vintage dealer than from someone on ebay. (Anyway, I just checked ebay and there were no fully operable sets for sale -- all of 'em were missing a tweeter or woofer, etc.)

2. Would you recommend getting the older NS-10s or the "newer" NS-10Ms? Which is more typically used in a high-end studio?

3. Do most pros REALLY put tissue paper over the tweeter?? Is that true for both the NS-10s and the NS-10Ms? (I saw a scientific study of which tissue paper works best for this purpose -- hard to believe it was real!)

4. What power amp would you recommend for 'em?

THANKS!!!

Since someone has brought up the NS-10 thing again, what is the deal with the NS-10MC model. I have a pair and have not found any information on what the "MC" Stands for. Does anyone know?

Thanks,
Michael Greene
