I can understand a company like Yahoo, Google, Frito -Lay, McDonalds and others suing for someone else using a likeness of their name....remember the McDougals Burgers from Coming to America with Eddie Murphy. "they have the Big Mac, I have the Big Mick...." Classic.
But when you have a word like "monster" or some other really, generic word in your title, you can't sue for that! I could understand if it were another cable company...heck, even another electronics company, but a vintage clothing dealer? Come on, who's going to get confused on that?
We should all hit the monster cable website and ask silly questions like, "i'm looking for some late 70s Levi cords in pale blue in a 32 waist....do you have any?" Or, "I'm looking for a men's medium Members Only jacket, what do you have in stock?" That would piss them off.
later,
m

That's just awesome. Actually if any other "Monster" companies would like to do the same I would happily sponsor the truck for a day.
