top quality monitor controller with headphone output W/O D-AC

ewww...it's getting tough
i would like to have more then one headphone out, i think the spl lets you use the TRS outs as headphones through the mono switch...

any suggestions
i already have a Rosetta, a one with DAC would be kind of pointless for me
