drum freaks in new york

Okay, I don't know where to post this, so I'm posting here. Years back I had a studio. Outside this studio was a huge, hundred foot long hallway with twenty five foot ceilings that provided the most aggressive, insane juicy reverb and made even the crappiest drums through a doo-doo board sound sick. I mean, like one of a kind type of sound. What I would love to do at some point, is get a hi-end mobile rig up there, with a nice selection of mics, preamps, drums, and whatever else for four or five hours of recording. I'd of course be willing to pay if someone could provide this service...even better if someone was an avid drum sample collector/impulse response maker, etc. etc. I have an mp3 of some crappy drums through nothing mics through a mackie board and still, it sounds ridiculous.

pm me if you or anyone you know is interested in this. I'm half an hour north of NYC.

(web dev/recording space?) I have a budget and I'm also a web dev...eff it, I'll put this out there, who knows what the hell happens on the web...www.jontakiff.com/music
