Second hand Gear.

Probably posting this in the wrong forum so apologies if i am. Just wondering where the best places in europe are for getting second hand gear. From Ireland myself. Looking to get an amek 9098 eq.... and just in case anybody asks ... yes it has to be a 9098 in mint condition or as close to as possible. would much appreciate any advice. also what sort of price range would i be looking for. was thinkin up to 1000 euros?? thanks in advance,

Colin.

http://www.soundonsound.com/adverts/adverts.asp

These are private sales but i have bought and sold a lot of things here over the years with no problems at all..

did you borrow one and have it nicked?

otherwise, why mint?

I'm always looking to save a few hundred on "not quite mint"

Thanks for the replies and sorry for the delay. starting a thesis at the moment and between that and work havnt had a chance to jump on line. the reason for the "mint" factor is i will be using it for analysis for my thesis. want to have it (from a sound perspective) as good as possible, so apologies - by mint i meant from an audio point of view - if its scratched and dented its not a problem, so long as the audio coming out of the thing is trully representative of a the amek 9098.

Thanks for the link paul will check it out as soon as i finish posting this - and to you too jules. Funkey junk was the only real link i had pre this post. will have to get one over the next week or so the suggestions are greatly appreciated!
