I'm making an effort to straighten the jumbled mess of wires behind my rack. Just wondering if there's a preferred way to bundle the cables, ie in a loop vs. straight lines. Does it even matter? I read once that the power and audio cables should be at right angles.

Yes you're right, also don't bundle them tight, and it you loop your cables....your making an antenna for RF. Ferrite (did I speel that right) Cores also also good to use un your Ac and audio cables too. you can find this info out on the net. try to keep your Ac and audio awat from each other. Also ther is a company that makes Shielded AC cables and it's supposed to reall help. I'm going to but some myself. I forget the name of the company but I read in the new products of the Sound and Video Contractor Mag.
