calrec stereo microphone

I like the sound of some albums recorded by Husky Hoskülds. Somewhere I read that he uses a calrec stereo microphone for drum ambience. Must be some kind of soundfield mic. Does anybody know exactly which kind of microphone he uses ?

The "Stereo" Calrec mic wic was the ST250 little brother to the soundfield mic.

Its a Calrec SPS422 if I remember correctly....Its not the 250- because I remember it having the full 19 inch rack mount processing unit and the 250 uses the small half rack affair....

Same microphone just a more recent controller. Over the years Calrec have made minor changes to the boxes, noise floor has also been improved (there is even a 5.1 decoder these days) the Calrecs have always shared the same consistant "house" sound .
