Thanks Brad, I think we started builing ours around the same time, just took me a while to getting around to finishing mine. I've a lot of the same stuff in mine as you in yours. Thanks for letting me bounce ideas off of you at the old recpit.

Never a problem. Here's the 'almost finished' (all knobs now completely black) of mine...

Hmm. So you guys really ARE clever! thumbsup

From a purely visual design angle I really like the ArtDeco/Buck Rogers retro look of Mesmers unit. I really like that sort of stuff - like the best of Eve Manleys designs.

Must be very cool to build your own solutions to problems. Really shows a great understanding of what you need. Not being patronising here - just a tad envious!

Kind regards

Thanks Stedel. It's about having the coolest mad scientist's lab. Mine is adorned with velvet and bakelite. Brad's is Sontek and Leds.

Wow that mesmer unit looks sick! Very cool.

Are there any commercially available rack mount units out there?
I'm on backorder for a Mackie Big Knob, but would love a rack mount industrial looking machine like that.

nice work.

Brad an I Both have argosy dual 15m's. It goes in the bottom right 4 racks. I'm right handed, and the knob is on the far left. It's perfect for my setup.

Actually, I have a custom built desk I contracted a custom furniture builder make for me. I used to have an Argosy when I was at Ardent, but it's long gone now...
