Quantum QM-8B mixer

Can anyone tell me anything about a Quantum QM-8B mixer? I picked it up at an estate sale and it has the original operator's manual/schematics etc. All in really good shape although I haven't tried it out yet. I don't have much technical knowledge but would like to use it for some recording.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If you do a search on Quantum you can see what I've found out already. Also over at the Tape-Op board there is more infor regarding Quantum.

I have an old (16x8) Gamma console (like the one James Brown use to own but it was called a 1010 or something like that). Same 1964 modules in it designed by John Hall (Electrodyne, Quad Eight, Sphere, Inward Connections fame). Pretty cool, Reichenbach transformers on the mic & line inputs, passive EQ etc...

A friend left it with me to sell and or fix up and sell. I've just not had the time to get to it. One very cool thing is how the Quantum Audio Labs logo lights up when you push the solo button.

One of these days I'll have the time to get around to this beautiful little baby.

In the search you'll see pictures similar to your console. A fellow member cleaned her up and got her running. Might want to PM them.

Good luck, nice little console that comes from the right design pedigree...

Need Schematics for a QM-8B mixer

I am looking for schematics for a Quantum Audio Labs QM-8B mixer that I found in a warehouse the other day. If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated!
