| Focusrite Red7 vs. ISA430 It's been 3 years since I briefly worked on a Red7, and I never got the chance to try out the ISA430 Mk II, but now I have the opportunaty to purchase one of 'em. I currently own a Tube-Tech MP1A which I'm really happy with, but I'd like a solid-state channelstrip for vocals (I almost only work with modern pop/hiphop). Would I be well off with, say, a Red7 paired with the Peluso VTB for that in-your-face sound - or should I go for maybe the Peluso 2247LE and the ISA430 Mk II? What are your thoughts on these channelstrips? |
