importing session settings pt le (os9)

i remember there being a thread someplace around here not too long ago, but i can't seem to find it. can anyone post a link? if not, what is the best way to transfer session info(plugins, plugin settings, buss assignments + settings, fader and panning settings, etc...) from one session to another in protools Le (in os 9)? thanks.

1) create a new session
2) Inport session data
3) pick exactly what you want imported from the session (sends, buses, plugs, audio, etc..)
