AMS DM2 tape phase simulator

Hi, just wondering if anybody can shed some light on this little fella, I did some googling without much success. What is it good for, pros and cons etc. Also probable value.

I have one, although due to emigration my gear has been in storage for an eternity.

As far as I can remember, it offers a mild, hi-fi sounding phase effect.
There are much more powerful and flexible phasers available, and much more interesting, esoteric outboard.
Mine was cheap, and as such is a fun box to own, but I wouldn't say anything further than that.
