Info about ADR Compex Limiter F760X-RS

can annyone give some info about this comp?

- is this the balanced version?
- what would be a fair price?
- would it be good on vocals too?
- anny other comments welcome!

this is a great compressor! the best i found for drum buss, work for me nicely as voc tracking and bass tracking/mixing as well on clean guitar.
don't know how much is a good price ,I'll never sell mein...
btw
before tach talk was closed by recording.org someone post there the full service manual, in case anyone has it , please let me know.

It's a great drumcomp, and vocals, and bas. I especially like it for drumambience squeezing.
I guess the price should be $1000 max.
It should have the prefix [/T] F760RS/T it it was balanced. R means rackmounable (19"), as opposed to modules. S means stereo.

We absolutely love our pair! A very distinct character that is truly unique! Although I have no idea what they would go for either, as ours are staying put.

mine almost never leaves the 2-buss. just beautiful sounding. when tracking it's wonderful on strings- guitars and piano specifically. not as smooth as i'd like for voice. (LA2 works better for me when tracking) A really well-designed piece of kit.

my .02-- if you're looking to buy one wait until you find one that is in excellent condition or has been completely overhauled. You'll spend more $$$ but thank yourself for years to come.
