Outboard Modules to Compliment Mesa Boogie Rectifier Recording PreAmp

Hello:

Please share your experiences with using outboard gear between the
Mesa Boogie Rectifier Recording® PreAmp and your converters. What things have worked well to compilment it especially with high-gain tones?

Here's the the MB page:
Mesa Boogie Recto Recording PreAmp

Right now I'm pretty much sure I will get the Anamod, but anything others recs for the front end with the Boogie piece?

Thanks,

hotshot

Looks like a nice idea, if it nails a vintage high headroom clean tone, AC-30, plexi marshall style, and was pedal friendly, then you could actually develop a personalized sound..that would be interesting. The rectifier distortion sound is nothing to write home about though.
