question about tonelux shadow mix

I understand that with the tonelux shadow mix automation, you send pre-fader full resolution audio to the analog faders, and the faders read the moves from the DAW. When you send the audio pre-fader from a DAW track, and the track has a plug-in on it, will the audio being sent through the analog fader be effected by the plugin?

Also, if you wanted full panning recall, could you send the DAW track through 2 analog channels and pan them left and right? When you send it out pre-fader, does that include panning?
