Lexicon 960 Urgent help!!

Hi,

I'm on a mixing session just now, where they've hired in a lexicon 960... Never having used one before now, I'm not sure what I should expect in this situation, but when I try to load any of the delay programmes - from category 13 onwards, they are all grayed out and it says 'programme not loadable'.... I see from the manual that only category 1-12 are mentioned in the algorithims section... were these other algos. user expandable options or something???

Anyone with 960 experience care to shed some light??

Cheers
Iain

Yes I believe you need the expansion kit to be able to use those algos.

Most 960L comes with everything built in. I guess in the first couple of years of its existence you had to pay an upgrade fee to unlock the extra features, but now days the owner (once registered) can get it unlocked for free. Call Lexicon Support (Lexicon®)

Good luck. (the delays sounds very good!)
