Has anyone got or used CEDARS retouch plugin?

No but I once used their hardware box for de-noising - the one with the remote with 6 faders / sliders on it..

Cedar's Retouch is pretty f-in amazing if you have a platform that it will run on... Algorithmix NOVA is also up there in quality.
