We’ll even be unveiling some brand new SSL products, premiering at the AES Convention in NYC and shown for the first time ever in Los Angeles.

Hi Jim,

I cant be there myself being in Europe and all...

But: could SSL consider the design of the following;

A SSL Mixpander in PCI express & Expresscard (for laptop use like Apogee did) format with the Duende processing DSP chips on that allows Duende plugins to run to compete with the UAD cards and the like.

You can imagine that this would be a great product ! Since Duende is firewire and can cause troubles the PCI version would be the ticket.
