You absolutely can borrow $32,000... not a problem... the interest is 2%/wk... anything late will be added to the prinicple... and you really don't want to be late... it's not healthy to be late...

Anyone want to place bets on how it sounds?

It's been on the auction circuit for a while now.....wonder why no-one will buy it.

Cause those in the know might know that there isn't any more than $5000 in parts in this thing. Anybody care to take a guess at parts cost. I'm guessing there is an extreme markup .

I will bet that if someone recorded or mixed something stellar through this thing folks would be on it like flys on shit.

Because there are many better ways to spend 32 large. It's a very esoteric piece that requires somebody with stupid amounts of cash.

This in no way is meant to comment on the sound or function of the unit. I personally find it to be a very interesting idea and I salute the desire and follow through of the designer.

My $.02

Agreed. You could put a down payment on a nice house or Aston Martin convertible with that much money. It is a cool design idea though, and the rule-of-thumb for manufacturers is to charge 5 times what the parts cost.

So maybe a mega-rich Pro Tools rockstar will pay $20,000 for it eventually.

There's no way I'd drop 32 G's on this box...that's F'n crazy. And the "SSL" buss isn't an SSL buss...it's made by the guy..

32G's is well on my way towards a 9098i.....

If I had like two million gazillion dollars I'd buy it. AND a 9098i. Call me vain. Vain's my middle name.
