We haven't made this claim ourselves, our customers have.

These customers have been taking their Avalons, Manleys and Focusrites out to make room for Fairmans.

See for yourself; go to our homepage

Check out the pictures and the comments. Take a look at the PDF-Files, the

Standard Range and the newly developed "SPE" Series based on the TEMQ and TMC.

This could be interesting for your studio.

reminds me of phase linear!

Same font as Phase Linear, but that's not important. ?What exactly IS "high phase"?
BTW, I had to hook up the Jumbotron to view the photo....

Wow, now there's a ... *ehemm*... subtle first GS post by a manufacturer ...

(although the gear itself is pretty nice thumbsup)

They should have made it even bigger though.

hmm, a bit self proclaiming considering this was a post from the manufacturer tutt - has anyone heard this thing?

Time to send out some samples for us people to listen to and (hopefully) rave about. I'd be a willing participant

As I see,
you have already a FAIRMAN.
I legend only, this SPE series, which I developed, with Werner (FAIRMAN), is fantastic

That is not perfect translation, but helps.

...We have seldom heard such an aesthetically beautiful sounding Mastering-EQ.
A really exquisite tool for the very highest demands.

On balance, the results:
After extensive tests we have no doubts whatsoever that the distinctive character of the Fairman range
enriches the Premier League of the analog frontiers with a genuinely interesting and original alternative which,
in this form is not available anywhere else. What we actually have here are two excellent Mastering tools that
have proved their potency, even without the imaginative powers of euphoric High-End freaks.
Apart from the sound qualities of the equipment, the emotional and personal approach of the manufacturer and
the distribution partner are remarkable, their idealism and commitment to their customers is clearly recognizable.
Tube lovers are simply something else.
Dieter Kahlen u. Fritz Fey (STUDIO MAGAZIN 01/2004)

Even during initial use it became clear very quickly that we were not only dealing with a weighty product,
but also with an extremely interesting sound.
The sound quality of both units is beyond all doubt.
Whether it has anything to do with the special capacitors or not, we can't say- but this really doesn't matter
when the results are right.

Though not necessarilly comparable to other tube concepts, the compressor TMC Special Edition
and the Equalizer TMEQ Special Edition definitely belong to the best you can get in the tube world.
With the price there is good news and bad news.
The good news is that for the meticulous workmanship and chioce of components the price is difinitely
appropriate, and an external, high quality power supply is included.
The bad news: The Fairman TMC Special Edition costs around 8.700 Euro, the TMEQ Specail Edition around 11.500 Euro.
So, obviously not a product for everyone, that is every studio. This equipment is primarily for mastering.

Dirk.
is the TMEQ special edition much more expensive to the normal one compared to the TMC because of the N.O.S. tubes?

Any plans for a TSC special edition yet?

Reccordo.

It is more expensive.
But there is not only the N.O.S. Valves ... it is also special new silver/oil caps, special technical design and the current supply is very fast and stable.

Any of plan for A TSC special edition yet? Yes

The equipment looks very nice and all, but I was under the impression that it's bad form to post advertisements here, otherwise the whole board will rapidly get swamped by posts reading: "Special Offer on XYZ Gear" or "Cut Price Studio Rates".

Can a Moderator set us straight on this?

That is correct.
With the SPE series from FAIRMAN & JAMBOR, we have correctly success.
9 units in the last 3 months, alone in Germany is for these high end class, super.
Now it goes and finds ever to more interest in Europe, in addition, the USA and Japan.

Mrs. Fairman, there is a forum here called, "New product alert!".

Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to post this announcement there?

Slutz Fairman peaces are very, very cool indeed... ya gotta check them babies out ! Can't wait to hear your new SPE....

All the best from Finland...
