Thread Starter | how long of burn in time for the Sennheiser 650 I just bought my own pair. Was using my buddies for a day. How long does the burn in on these take. Is it me or are these a lil muddy sounding right out of the box? |

| Funny you should say that . My friend has a set and I thought they sounded muddy as well. Never thought of burning in headphones. ![]() |

| i just did this to my new HD-650 pair they changed a LOT ofter 2 hours they were still changing after 24...... 48 hours.... i ended up burning them in for +100 hours.... till they seemed to settle down. They are now great. A headphone amp helps a lot too... enjoy |
