why would you want a patchbay to be complex? you want it to be easy and functional. you want a huge bulk of your signal flow to happen before you even grab a patch cable. you could have a LARGE patchbay...but you'll still want it to be simple

Mine has the factory lables for what each row or section does and the outboard sections just have numbers. I have a cheat sheet to know what's connected to what number. And it follows how things sit in the racks.

Heres a shot of the bay 16, 96 point TT bays

There are normals on everything i want and a bunch of mults, Plus a couple spare bays, they are all wired to Punch Down Blocks for easy termination

The pic of the Punchdowns was taken when i was wiring ...the Punchdowns are full now ) and there are more of them
