The only person I know on here with a QRS is Michael Wagener (I sold him one, and apparently it started having some issues too... so maybe he knows where to get one fixed?). However, I'm guessing he has a place in the states for it, so that might be of limited use to you.

try Quantec in Munich. They repaired mine some years ago.

few years ago a guy named welzenbach repaired mine.
he was one of the developer of the qrs and did his job very well. but unfortunately he disappeared.
does somebody know his new phone number?

I have a number somewhere for a guy in England who apparently services them, but I've never actually used him yet. I can dig that up for you if you want.

I've actually been trying to contact Quantec for ages, as my QRS need serviced too. So far they haven't responded to any of my emails at all!

I realize that you would not be thrilled about shipping the unit to America, but for the record, we service the QRS, and have parts and schematics.

Some love it and some hate it but in my opinion the Room Simulator is really a brilliant device.

Quantec in Munich still exists, but dealing with them is extremely challenging, and that's putting it very kindly.

yes i know... last time i sent them the qrs it takes nearly a year until they send it back.
they return it unrepaired and they charged 700 $! its a shame!

... your right. the qrs is unique and i would do a lot to keep it working, even send it to the states! at the moment its running well as long i dont turn it of. after a cold start it makes minutes until i can use it...

Here's guy who sell quantecs once in a while, he warranties them also.
Been wanting a QRS for some time and saved the email he posted below.
