For those of us that don't have a separate machine room, what are you doing to minimize the fan noise from various effects units? (mostly older stuff like the AMS RMX, Lex 480, etc). Anyone had success replacing the factory fans with newer quiet fans? thanks |

Try Quietpcusa.com for low noise fans. They are rated in dba for noise and cfm for cubic feet per minute, Make sure you select a fan with similar cfm to avoid overheating. Jim Williams Audio Upgrades
