Thread Starter | recording in stereo using matched mics & pres but different compressors for L & R?
just debating whether i should buy another distressor for stereo compression, or get a different compressor other than the distressor so that i can have two different compressors in my arsenal.

I think if you use one compressor on L and a totally different compressor on R, you're probably going to mess up the stereo imaging and stuff, because different compressors have different frequency responses, etc.
