Ensoniq came to our studio to archieve/sample string sounds and hired Phil Ramone to cut them...uhh he just stuck up some U87's FLAT..then they were looped by a monkey on an early PT rig..sample freq range cut to get the max presets for the memory at the time so Ensoniq could say blah blah blah preset in yadda yadda synth.. why the analistic approach to musak? and azz licking on names? people here spend so much time on analizing..why? you think Rudy Van Gelder GAF? or really Phil for that matter? |
