| Yeah, I think a top 3 would be more realistic. And are you going on sound or looks? I probably wouldn't place many modern, digital desks in the top 3 for sound. My list in no particular order: 1970's Helios (Rainbow Studios model?) 1970's Cadac (Wessex Studios model?) 1970's Api (a 1604 would be nice to own). Of course a couple of the classic Neve desks that reside around the world would probably trump my top 3. |

| I definitely like the way my System 5 looks. Especially when all the lights are on and meters are moving. Also the SSL C200 is a good looking console to me. I have the API Vision as my desktop picture so I would have to say I like the way that one looks. Mike |
