Is this good customer support? Waht do you think?

One of my Adam P11a isn´t working anymore since yesterday. I run a serious mixing session at the moment. The Adams are my main speakers (together with sub 12). I havent got an alternative. So i asked my retailer, if he could give me another p11a while mine is in repair, or whatever theyll decide to do. He hasn´t got one there, so i called adam germany. I told them, that i can´t work at the moment and ask them to lend me a p11a. The situtation for me is very unlucky, cause i really can´t work. They didn´t do it. They told me, that they don´t do things like this in general. I asked how long it would take to get my p11a back, but he couldn´t say anything. Well, do you think this is good customer support?

Btw, i got this issue years ago. My rme multiface got out of work (not my fault) during a recording session. RME sent my a new multiface with express service on their on charge....
