Flying Faders Games

Like the SSL i heard that the NEVE VR fitted with V3 Flying Faders software has hidden features like games when you type certain commands in the diagnostic window. Any one know this to be try and what the command is?

Only if you have an old version of Flying Faders (pre v3.1).

Along similar lines, I have been told about an "obscene mode" on the SSL G series, does anybody know anything about this? Also is there a way out of the "ET PHONE HOME" command without having to reboot the computer??

Insults went away pre version 2.12 software. I have heard two reasons for that, one was that it was offending clients in certain studios but the other reason given was the space was needed for new features and everything at that time had to fit on an 8" floppy disk.

And the answer to your 'ET phone home" is what would you say into a ringing phone when you pick it up? Try typing that.
