Thread Starter | Multi effects processors w/ 4 stereo I/o?
Hello All, Anyone recommend a multi effects processor (hardware unit) that has 8 mono and 4 stereo input and outputs similar to the KSP-8? I own and love the KSP8 that I'm considering getting an other. Just thought there might be some different flavors out there. Best, Dave |

Sony DSP V55. it gets bashed a lot here, but for the money it's cool for keyboards. Different than the R-7 I have too. http://homepage.mac.com/synth_seal/html/dpsv55.html |

get another ksp-8. You won't find a better deal for that kind of horsepower unless you run across a desperate soul selling his H8000 for 2k.

The V55 is four input four output-- TWO stereo signal paths if you want to run it that way. You'd need two of them to get to the i/o count of the KSP8. I like Sony verbs... but if you love the KSP why not stick with it? If you have a tool that you know how to use, and it sounds great enough that you are using it to the max every time... why would you consider NOT getting another one? Comfort and speed count, too. -t
