| Gear interested | Good times to tape A buddy and myself have been doing a little recording project for extra experience, experimenting with different techniques and mics, and for the sheer act of having a creative outlet. Anyways, I had an idea for a song we were doing to take the song we were working on, track it at 15ips, play it back at 30ips while we recorded drums and play it back at the normal 15ips. I know im not the first person to ever do this, but we had a blast and it looks like its going to turn out pretty cool (if your in to really dorky things like recording at 30 to play back at 15). I just thought it would be fun, and Ill post the results after we mix the song if anyones interested. Adam |
