Yeah - I made a wooden frame and put on some textile (light blue) - I use two layers of rockwool (mineral wool) - These are for my 2 windows and one for the door - where I have the drums. I had lots of weird stuff going on in the windows and door... When I put in the first absorber the sound changed drastically - I can't wait to try them all and do some test recordings. I need to build 2 more for the ceiling. I already have lots of absorbers hanging in the ceiling and on the walls plus bass traps. These are my first DIY absorbers - they where pretty easy tó build. The hardest part was to fit the textile. Go for it! |
