I just had to give some praise to a sweetwater rep, Gilbert Janke, for giving me a great deal on a new Steinberg MR816. He went out of his way to price match it against an Ebay deal I saw. I'm not going to say how much he sold it to me for but trust me it was a steal! (I really doubt sweetwater is making any $$$ on this).

I normally hate salesmen but Gilbert made the process of buying new gear painless. If you need anything please give this guy a call at sweetwater. Good service deserves to be rewarded. We all spend so much time complaining about bad service, faulty products, deceptive marketing etc (myself included), and I just thought it was time I give some one a positive shout out.

...meanwhile I can't wait for my new MR816
