Thread Starter | My CD Just Got Three Stars From Downbeat!
My CD, "Crawstickers," just got a three-star review from "Downbeat" magazine. The review is on page 67 of the March issue. I just started back playing the sax, singing, writing, 6 years ago after an almost 25 year layoff. I wrote all of the tunes. Most of it was recorded (and all of it mixed) by a pro engineer here in the DC area. But I did record all of the horn stuff (my saxes, a trumpet player, and a variety of other horns, on my own in my modest studio at home. I have been getting "Downbeat" on and off since I was 12. Never thought I would see my name anywhere but the address label! If you're interested in checking out the CD, you can do it at Scott Ramminger & the CrawStickers - Home |
