Off the top of my head:

Daking and Cranesong come to mind. Both have gone way out of their way to make my gear work and keep me happy. Aviom too !!! One of their power supplies died on me and I had one the next day - no charge.

Last minute addition - BAE. Always takes care of my gear.

In my experience:

Chandler.

API has been good to me. I've heard mixed reports with them, but I've gone down twice, and had a experience both times.

Vince @ Speck Electronics was so cool and helpful when I called him about hooking up some used Speck gear. He stayed on the phone with me while I was on the Redco site to make sure I ordered the correct cable

Buzz Audio--I still remember that when I had just bought my MA2.2, Tim Farrant answered an email query within a couple of hours even though he was on a beach holiday at the time.

I'll also put in a good word for two plug-in makers who have always responded quickly and helpfully whenever I had an issue: AudioEase and PSP Audioware.

Bluesky.
Their customer service is second to none. Pascal is always on top of things, plus their monitors sound great.

I have never bought anything from Blue Sky but I can say that Pascal is one of the nicest guys I have talk to. He was a driving force of our success in more ways then one.
Pascal if you read this I still am going to get out your way and buy you that beer!

I should probably mention why I called out these 3 companies in particular, but I'm afraid I would 1) embarass myself and 2) make you all a bit jealous...

Rode, I live in Sydney where they make the mics friend of mine had a problem with a K2 which was out of warranty. He took it down to the factory and they repaired it free of charge.

DAV and Chevin in the UK definitely rate a thumbs up on going the extra mile for their customers; excellent experiences with both of them when it really counted.

Perhaps isn't relevant on this forum, but the people at Sibelius software are pretty stellar by anyone's standards.
