Metric Halo has been spectacular with their help.

Also very high marks for Universal audio.

Both companies are very easy to reach and are very responsive.

Wish I could say the same for Apple. I have nothing against the big guys, but they rank among the WORST in my book.

Sorry.. I should be helping to keep this thread POSITIVE!

The absolutely best customer service I've received:

David Browne at Enhanced Audio

I had an unfortunate accident with my M600 when the mic stand lost balance and fell down, I contacted him about a broken part and he sent me a replacement free of charge; not even shipping charge (from Ireland to Mexico).

other companies:

- Metric Halo
- Apogee
- Clavia

For me, I definitely second

• Aurora Audio
• Little Labs
• Blue Sky
• Blue microphones
• and thanks to MagicDave, also MOTU

All of these went WAY above and beyond the normal definition of good customer service for me when I needed them to...

Inward Connections - Steve Firlotte is the man. I agree with most of the ones already listed, BTW...with special mention to Craig at Calistro Music and Peter at A-designs....

Speck, Vince is a very nice guy and is always willing to talk with me about whatever questions or concerns I have.

GIK Acoustics, Glenn was very helpful with a shipping problem I had, and the positive experience reinforced my decision to continue to use/purchase their products in the future.

Sound Anchors, I recently ordered some custom stands and was very happy with the exchange. Attention to detail and thoroughness is much appreciated.

Dale Electronics in New York, one of the best gear retailers I use. The staff is well informed and without an agenda. They also have a great selection of gear to audition and a very comprehensive parts department.

Mercenary Audio, have had good dealings so far. I like free earplugs.

Lynx has been super to deal with. I'm very happy with their product and their support!

Vintage King was also very helpful when I was shopping around for my first few truly hi-end items.

Glenn and Bryan and Gik also were super cool. They made purchasing quite a bit of room treatment very easy.

I want to add Kurzweil, as I was very impressed with their quick and thorough response to a recent tech support inquiry.

Kendrick Amplifiers.

Cascade Mics.

Falcon Northwest (PC).

Rickenbacker.
