Retro Instruments Powerstrip INCREDIBLE!!!

There are only a few pieces of gear that make me really excited and exceed my expectations and the Retro Powerstrip is absolutely incredible!!! I seriously want to sell every other pre, comp and eq I have and just buy as many of these as I can afford!

I've had/used Great River NV1, Tab V78, Harrison EQ, API 312c, JDK R20, LA-2As and many other wonderful gear but the Retro is in a class of it's own! It's seriously hard to make it sound bad!!! You have tons of control (and it's super quiet btw) and you can compress the crap out anything and it sounds smooth and BEAUTIFUL! The EQ is unbelievable and makes my AEA R44 come alive.

Other than some choice microphones I can't think of any gear that has as much impact on the sound as this thing. It's stunning. I can't believe it's under $3k for what you get.

Also I want to note that the attention to detail on the build quality is superior to any other gear I've ever boughten in it's price range except my AEA R44. You can tell that they really care about each unit they build.

Thank you RETRO INSTRUMENTS for making an incredible product!!! My next purchase will be a second one!

Right??? It's so beautiful sounding. I've been using it's Line in feature quite a bit also and it's incredible. nothing like a little pultec eq or rs124-ish kind of compression for some extra love across tracks. Still loving mine!

I can work on some here shortly. What do you wanna hear? The only music I have now is from client's that haven't released the music yet so I would have to just record something when I have some time soon.

I'd really like to hear something through it really. Vocals/Bass/Guitars etc.
