Zappa Plays Zappa

I've been to their show in Lausanne last year and it was really good. They are amazing players and you won't be disappointed if you're a fan of the original songs, this is not a hollywood-remake of some asian cinema masterpiece..
And they are very humble despite their talent.

Not quite the same thing, but if you are a Zappa fan, there is going to be a big Zappa performance as a part of the Ojai Music festival (about an hour and a half outside of LA) a week from Friday. The Ensemble Modern from Frankfurt Germany will be in town for the festival and they were the group that recorded the Yellow Shark and Greggery Peccary and Other Persuasions. They'll be playing selections from each of those albums live.

It is a rare opportunity to see a live performance of Zappa's "classical" music.
