New project studio; advice needed!

Hello everybody, my name is Tis and I'm in need of some advice considering the 'perfect' dimensions of a control room and a vocal booth. I've been looking around on this forum for over a month now and learned incredibly much about preamps mic's compressors and recording techniques. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge!! My plan is to open up a little project studio to fulfill my musical ambitions.. The good news is that I can get a space in Berlin with the following dimensions

A possible control room: 6,75 m long 3,95 m wide 3,30 m high
Vocal booth: 3,50 m long 2,50 m wide 3,30 m high

Measured in feet this is approximately

control: 23 feet long, 13 feet wide, 11 feet high
booth: 11,5 feet long, 8,5 feet wide 11 feet high

The two spaces both have parallel (very reflective) walls. Is it worthwile to make the move from my very little attic to this space?

Thanks
