My first #1!

It's official. The #1 selling toy this holiday season is Zhu Zhu pets!

I did all the sounds that are on these toys. Around 40 sounds per toy and the ones I am working on now have even more! You can hear my crappy guitar and key playing all over this thing!

I've done quite a few toy and video game sounds the last few years and a couple have even made it to WalGreens, Toys R Us, Wal Mart and the like, but this is the first time that one has actually made the front page of newspapers, front page of AOL.com, the Toys R Us "most wanted" list and had commercials (that we did all audio for) playing on the Disney channel and during Saturday morning cartoons.

I wish they gave out gold somethings for this line of work!thumbsup

Thanks! Its definitely a rewarding feeling knowing that tens of thousands of kids will hear me on Xmas morning. It's been nuts hearing my stupid little noises all over the news and elsewhere..

It's kind of surreal seeing them everywhere. I imagine it is like your song being #1 on the charts except the pay sucks and you get no recognition.
