My studio walkthrough won Gold @ Peak City Int'l Film Festival

Two months ago the Peak City International Film Festival was announced, and that motivated me to create a new animated walkthrough of Manifold Recording. The two videos I have up on the website each show one building in isolation (the 4000 sq ft Main Studio building and the 1700 sq ft Studio Annex), but neither told the deeper story, which is that the two buildings can be integrated into one super-facility. The deadline for submissions focused my attention on telling that story sooner rather than later.

Last night I was honored with a Peak Gold award in the Animation category!

If you want to see the video, it's linked from here.

Enjoy!

Congratulations, Michael! The award is well deserved. The last version of the walkthrough is really amazing...

Is there any info about the film festival awards online?

Good news indeed! You certainly deserve it. The walkthrough is very cool.

Your blog and construction build thread have sure been interesting too! It's great to have people like yourself contributing here on GS. I wish I had been a more active member while our shop was being built. A lot of people really don't appreciate what goes on behind the scenes. (not that I am comparing our build with yours... you win that one blindfolded)
