Arrow Only three shows in and we have label interest! NYC forumites please read :-D

Hey all. My band Arizona is playing our fourth-ever show Friday, September 30th at a Brooklyn rock venue called "Trashbar" (thetrashbar.com) - we played our first gig there, and despite being a small place, they've got a great sound system and among the best sound guys in NYC.

Even though we have only played three shows, there is a record label rep coming to see us play. The label he works for has some of our all time favorite bands, and his reaction to our music has been very encouraging (as has everything you Gearslutzers have to say about it). The cool thing is, we didn't even know this guy had heard our music until he called us! I was especially shocked because I thought any buzz we might be enjoying was coming directly from our own mouths ;-)

So for this gig, we're already expecting a pretty good turn out, but if some of my forum friends could come out to the gig, it would really make a difference. We will be putting on a great show with music and guitar playing to remember. We are also running an eminantly slutty rig which you guys should enjoy. You guys can call me at 516-528-5428 if you want to organize a get together, and also purchase tickets through our website: www.arizonatheband.com - your support would mean the world to us.

Randall, we would LOVE to work with you and Guido!!! Only problem is that I am 500 pounds so I will require that Guido restructure his studio in order to accomodate my substantial frame. Maybe it would work better if you installed your equipment in my home? That way you could just dangle a microphone from the ceiling over my mouth so I could lie in my favorite position and sing at leisure while drinking cheese from my feeding tube. Thanks for the offer (I hope u r serious!!) and im not to worried about publishing, I don't ever read books or anything, just this website and the nutritional facts on the back of my chocolate bars (and usually then just to laugh! I guess it's more of a gurgle than a laugh tho...)

Alexi, DD, Wagz... we really appreciate the comments and good will. And thanks for the gurgle, Randall :-)

I'm excited to get footage up for you guys.
