Im buying a double wide!!

Yep, in Florida, guns, dogs, 4x4, double wide..
I think I even got me a farmers daughter to shack up with.

Man the land was CHEAP, 40 acres! Also the trailer is $5,000! 1300 SF! 1995!!
I might buy two! Only draw back is $15,000 for pad site, electricity, zoning, septic and drilling a well.

Saying good by to paying rent for ~EVER~
No neighbors and I can have out door rock shows!
Ima build a stage!!!!

Man all these guitars are going to look SWEET next to my big screen TV and kegerator.

Nice... used to play gigs in a sweet doublewide down in Destin called Snapperheads. The acoustics were incredible for a place with 7 foot ceilings!

Congrats. That's quite a large piece of land you have there!
