Sounds cool, but the trackball has assimilated me years ago.

I've been using a Wacom Tablet/pen for PT for about 6 months. Reallly helped with my track ball hand.( I set it up so that a one inch move of the pen will go corner to corner on a 20" monitor) Kinda a bitch at first but once you get the hang....I'll never go back. ( do occasionally pick up a mouse tho)

have you seen the Cintique Monitor? the guy that demoed it with PT and DP 3 had some sick speed with this set up...He used a floppy keyboard in his left hand ,pen in his right drawing on the screen. It was laughably fast. Michael Jordon edits. too rich for my blood.

Yes - heavy gear lust on that one. So cool. I'd like to use it live with Live!
