Cool An incredible deal offer from a major microphone manufacturer

After this post, maybe we should call this forum, "The Great News Channel".

I know this maybe hard to believe, but a major European microphone distributor is offering an incredible deal on Neumann products worldwide. This is available during the month of Feburary 2003 only. And you much go to your favorite music store chain to make it work.

I never thought I would see a deal like this that was really valid! I found a website that is offering two free Neumann mics when you buy one at the regular price. It can be any mic you choice, but it cannot exceed the price of the mic you will buy. Not too bad. Two for one offer with Neumann, too good to be true, right?

This deal offer is only good from now until Feburary 28th, 2003. At the site you will find a special coupon to click on. Just print it out and take the coupon to your local music super store to redeem.

One time special Feburary microphone offer

I couldn't believe it until I went to the website and click on the coupon offer. I'm now the proud owner of three TLM150s. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!!

Hey, remember who hooked you up when you get your three Neumann mics for the price of one!

Enjoy...

Re: An incredible deal offer from a major microphone manufacturer

This is the worst hoax EVER!!

I went to the site, but all they had left were the mics that cost $2000 and up .

**** it. I had some of my stash from Christmas left, so I bit the bullet and bought a U87 and a U89. I got a total of SIX mics for a just under $4800 USD.

My problem is, I only wanted matched pairs.

If there's anyone that wants a single U87 and a single U89 (complete with certificate of authentication and test report) please email me at nycdrew@thgworks.com .

I'll let each of em go for $900 each, $1600 for both.

Later....

Tis is where it pays to get the moderator to e-mail you first, before the public posting...

They will throw in a free pop filter for each mic if you fill out a short survey.

I found the link and had my 3 Neumann mics express shipped to me. Unfortunately, when they arrived, some of the paint from the body was faded off (I guess why it was 3 for the price of 1) and I could read the letters 'MXL' faintly underneath.
