Funny thing is my friend was just telling me about this whole story of the new Journey singer just two days ago.

Apparently he was managing an apparel store when Journey found him.

Wow, Journey is full of great discovery stories. :)

I've got Augeri's 'Tall Stories' CD, his band from 1991. It is actually quite good. I'll have to put it on tonight, haven't heard it since about 2001.

That would be the Gap....

I like the story of the new Boston singer Tommy DeCarlo... another MySpace/YouTube type discovery working at Home Depot. The kicker is I have heard he is on a leave of absence from his HD gig. After all, it is Boston, no telling how long it will last. In any case, he is really good at doing the Brad Delp thing.

I never was really into Journey, but i checked this out anyways.

I must say after checking out live version from both guys, I like the new guys vocals a lot better.

Really like the new CD also.
