Thread Starter | Drums for hire Just wanted to drop y'all a line to let you know about a great drumming situation I have stumbled across. I have been working with a world-class drummer here in Brooklyn, NY named Nir Z. Many of you know of him as his credits and his playing are rather impressive(John Mayer, Genesis, Fefe Dobson, Flaw to name just a few). Nir has a nicely equipped studio that includes API Pre's and Eq's, Avalon 737's, Distressors, Vintech X73's, SPL Trasient Designer 4 with 16 inputs into Pro Tools. Recently, he told me he has been hosting some world reknown producers, writers and engineers and getting great results. The moral of the story...I know Nir has really been enjoying the studio life and is always open to working with others. I have both sent him files to play to as well as spending time with him in his studio. Both have yielded incredible results. Just a heads up for a situation that has really made a huge difference in my recordings. Nir's e-mail is nirz@nirz.com |
