RE15s galore on eBay

just came across this on eBay, and thought i'd share it with the slutz...

this guy's got 30 EV RE15's to sell!! and at reasonable price!

Electro Voice RE15 Dynamic cardioid microphone MIC EV - (eBay item 130171527520 end time Nov-13-07 19:01:19 PST)

no i don't work for the guy... but RE15's are one of my favorite dynamic's. amazing clarity with smooth sound that's so pleasant to the ear. beat out almost all dynamic's i've heard in my life.

Sure, RE-15's are definitely cool.

$125 seems a little high though.

I think they were going for $40 a pop on ebay about a year ago.

More recently, they've been selling for more, but in my experience I haven't really seen them go above $100.

Anyone disagree? Maybe I'm missing something.

there's another guy that's been selling it for $199.

personally, i think $125 is quite reasonable for RE15. not a steal, but fair; esp considering that it has beat out most mic shootouts i've done here (against 58, 57Beta, SM7, SM7B, 609, and few other modded LDC's).
