Good news for more bands in the UK?

Its been a while since I'v done record co meetings here in the UK but.... we just had a coupla bands that have been through here get signed recently and have enough material for a cool little Spring Sampler CD and and the studio is a little quiet so.......I've just come out of a round of meetings (4) this afternoon with record co's and publishers.....

Any how I detected less of an ageist vibe. A 30 something guitar band demographic seems to be emerging on their horizons. Usually I have found them only interested in bands with very young band members...Now they seem to be thinking of an older demographic... Virgin Radio Radio 2 etc.....

Interesting development.....

I'll do more meetings this month and ask em more questions...
